Same problem here – In progress with Shining 3D support to try and get it fixed but so far it didn’t work. Should the problem be resolved, I’ll add it to the thread.

I have an EINSCAN PRO. Was working fine, however now i keep getting this message ” The device is Offline “. I restarted the system a few times, unplug and plug the unite, however I keep getting the same message.

What should I do?

Have you reviewed the peel 3d scanner yet? I’d be interested to see how it compares to the Einscan products.
